Rancho del Inglés is few minutes drive from the small busy town of Alhaurín de la Torre where there are bars, restaurants and cafes (where all children are welcome, however badly they behave!), tennis, visiting open market, covered market, shops and supermarket. The city of Málaga is also within convenient driving distance. Alhaurín de la Torre boasts its own 18 hole golf course and is also within easy reach of the major courses on the coast.

15 minutes drive from the coast and airport. The Mediterranean coast stretches out in both directions. To the west is Marbella and Tarifa which is famous for its white sands and wind-surfing. To the east is Nerja where the coast becomes more rugged. It is easy to drive to the busy Costa Del Sol and Malaga, but you go to it; it doesn't come to you.
