Reservations Unfortunately we do not currently accept credit or debit cards. Depending on time between booking and arrival date, a 20% deposit is required to secure the reservation. This may be made in either Sterling or Euros; by cheque; by bank transfer or by Paypal.

Check-in time Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Different check-in or checkout times will need to be made by prior arrangement only.

Children All children under 3 years old sharing parents rooms are free. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 sharing parents room will be charged at the rate of £25.00 per child per night. Cots and folding beds are supplied free of charge on pre-request.

Balance payments The outstanding balance is payable either 6 weeks before arrival or in cash in Euros on the day of arrival. Occasionally it may be necessary to change our room rates on special event weekends.

Cancellation Reservations of a room or a group of rooms cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the room rate per room booked, if we are unable to relet the room. Reservations of a room or a group of rooms cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the room rate per room booked, if we are unable to relet the room.
